Terms & Conditions

WELLGROWN TECHINNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED — qvoi.app

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and WELLGROWN TECHINNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”), governing your use of the qvoi.app platform and all digital payment facilitation services offered thereon.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using QVOI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.

1. Platform Overview and BBPS Participation

QVOI (qvoi.app) is a digital payment facilitation platform operating as a participant in the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) — a standardised, interoperable bill payment network established by the Reserve Bank of India and administered by NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited (NBBL).

Within the BBPS framework, QVOI functions as a customer-facing interface that enables users to initiate bill payments and recharges through the BBPS infrastructure. QVOI is not a biller, not a bank, and not a payment instrument issuer. It is a facilitation platform whose role is to provide a reliable, user-friendly interface for accessing the BBPS network.

2. Invoice and Billing Disclaimer

This is a critical clarification that all users must understand before using the platform:

  • All invoices, bills, and payment demands are generated exclusively by the respective billers or service providers — not by QVOI.
  • QVOI does not set, modify, calculate, or validate biller-generated dues, tariffs, overdue charges, or penalty amounts.
  • The transaction confirmation issued by QVOI confirms that a payment instruction was successfully submitted through the BBPS network — it is not an invoice from QVOI.
  • Any query, dispute, or complaint regarding bill amounts, service interruptions, or biller-side charges must be raised directly with the concerned biller through their official customer support channels.

3. User Eligibility and Registration

  • Users must be Indian residents and at least 18 years of age.
  • You must possess a valid, active bank account, UPI ID, credit card, debit card, or other RBI-authorised payment instrument.
  • Registration requires submission of accurate personal details; provision of false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
  • Each user is entitled to a single registered account; duplicate account creation is prohibited.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You bear full responsibility for all activity conducted through your QVOI account. Specifically:

  • You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
  • You must log out from shared or public devices after each session.
  • QVOI is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your credentials.
  • Report any suspected compromise of your account immediately to admin@qvoi.app.

5. Supported Bill Payment Categories

QVOI facilitates payments across the following BBPS-registered biller categories. Availability of specific billers is subject to their registration and active status on the BBPS network:

  • Telecom — Mobile prepaid recharge and postpaid bill payment
  • DTH — Direct-to-home recharge and plan management
  • FASTag — NETC FASTag wallet recharge for all issuing banks
  • Electricity — State electricity boards and power distribution companies
  • Gas — Piped natural gas distributors
  • Water — Municipal water utilities
  • Broadband and Landline — Fixed-line internet and telephone providers
  • Insurance — Life and general insurance premium payments
  • Municipal Services — Property tax and local government dues

6. Payment Processing and Authorisation

By confirming a payment on QVOI, you:

  • Authorise QVOI to debit the specified amount from your chosen payment instrument and route it to the intended biller through the BBPS network.
  • Acknowledge that once submitted and accepted by the BBPS system, a payment instruction is irrevocable.
  • Accept sole responsibility for the accuracy of all transaction details entered, including biller identifier, account or mobile number, and payment amount.
  • Acknowledge that QVOI shall bear no liability for payments made to incorrect biller accounts due to user-entered errors.

7. Failed Transactions

Where a transaction fails after debiting the user's account, the following applies:

  • QVOI will initiate an automatic reversal to the source account in accordance with BBPS turnaround time (TAT) norms prescribed by RBI.
  • Reversals are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the user's bank or payment instrument issuer.
  • Users can track transaction status using the BBPS Transaction Reference Number issued at the time of initiation.
  • If a reversal is not completed within the expected timeframe, users may raise a complaint through our support channel.

8. Convenience Fees

QVOI may charge a nominal convenience fee on select transactions. Any applicable fee will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation. Convenience fees on completed, successfully delivered transactions are non-refundable.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use QVOI for any of the following:

  • Fraudulent transactions or money laundering in any form.
  • Initiating payments using payment instruments that do not belong to you, without explicit authorisation from the instrument holder.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, probe, or exploit the QVOI platform or its underlying systems.
  • Any activity that violates Indian law, RBI guidelines, or NPCI operational standards.

10. Platform Availability

QVOI endeavours to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee it. The platform may be temporarily inaccessible due to scheduled maintenance, BBPS network downtime mandated by NBBL, or events outside our control. QVOI shall not be liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

11. Amendments

QVOI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
